What Is Your Refund Policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging — along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at chronovault12@gmail.com and we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
